Ordering and Sales Information

Minimum Orders: $100 for domestic and $200 for international orders. Orders may not be accepted if they do not meet the minimum order requirement.

Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Terms: Once credit has been verified, net 30 days, FOB factory. New customers are required to pay with a Visa or MasterCard until the appropriate credit references are checked--this may take up to 6 weeks.

Lead Time: Standard items can be shipped within a 2-week period. Special order items and items out of stock can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Shipping: Packages are shipped by UPS Ground or DHL, prepaid and added to the customer's invoice. FedEx and other carriers are available upon request. Customers may elect to offer a shipping account number for "Collect" shipments. We recommend that international customers supply a shipping account number to help reduce the high cost of shipping overseas.

Returns: Once the products have been shipped they cannot be returned without an authorization number, which can be obtained from our Sales or Customer Service departments. Products over 4 months old may not be returned for any reason. Products returned are subjected to a 25% re-stocking charge. A copy of the invoice and reason for the return must be included with the merchandise.

Product Colors: In the manufacturing process slight color variations can make the product appear lighter or darker. This does not indicate that the product is defective. From time to time, Moyco may also change a standard product's coloring. This will not affect the quality of the product. We will do our best to inform customers of this change. Please use up old inventory before using the newly-colored products.
