Opened in 2002 for the development and training of state-of-the-art grinding, lapping and polishing processes, our research center focuses on providing coated product options to industries including, but not limited to the automotive, fiber optic and metallurgical industries. The equipment housed within our research center includes various fiber optic polishing machines, a Veeco Wyco Optical Imaging machine and an Olympus Microscope used to capture an electronic image magnified up to 1000x.
